Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by Luminelle (Luminelle). Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Luminelle. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe our products and show their images as accurately as possible. Packaging and label designs may vary slightly from the images shown. Our products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person.

3. Safe use

Our pads contain exfoliating acids. Read the directions before use, patch test first, avoid the eye area, and wear sunscreen during the day. Stop use if irritation persists. If you have a skin condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before use.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Discounts and bundles

Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout and can't be combined with other product discounts unless stated.

6. Shipping and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Luminelle is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page.
