Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email confirmation as soon as you place your order.

Delivery time

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse and usually arrive within 5 to 11 business days after ordering. Delivery can take longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start updating.

Address changes

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address. After that, the order may already be on its way. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of ordering, email supportandhelp01@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Duties and taxes

Prices include all costs needed to deliver your order to a US address. If a carrier ever asks you for an extra import fee, contact us and we'll sort it out.
