Free shipping across the US
Every order ships free to addresses in the United States. We currently ship to the US only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email confirmation as soon as you order.
Delivery time
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse and usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days after ordering. Delivery can take a little longer during holidays or peak seasons.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start updating after it's sent.
Address changes
Need to change your address? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email supportandhelp01@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
