14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your Luminelle Glow Pads. If you're not happy with them for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase.
How to request a refund
- Email us at supportandhelp01@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a short note on what didn't work for you. We may ask for a photo of the product.
- Once your request is approved, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
You do not need to send the product back unless we ask you to.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package is lost in transit, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Bundles
For multi-jar bundles, the guarantee covers the whole order. If you only want to return part of a bundle, we'll refund the unopened jars at the bundle price you paid.
Exceptions
Refund requests made more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible. Each customer can use the money-back guarantee once.
